Join the conversation as the candidates square off and watch it live here. 7:12 PM PT: Obama says that when Gov Romney says he'll replace Obamacare with something, bu can't explain with what, it reminds him of when he says he won't raise taxes on the middle-class but can't explain how or that he'll replace Dodd-Frank but can't explain with what. And then he hammers Romney for basically keeping his plans secret.
"Is the reason that Governor Romney keeping all these plans secret because their too good?" Obama asks.
7:13 PM PT: Romney's response is that it would be presumptuous of him to outline a plan because he'd be saying "My way or the highway." Hmm. That doesn't seem like a winner to me.
7:16 PM PT: I think that was a key moment when Obama called out Romney for refusing to say what his health care plan would be. On so many different things, Romney is just making promises'but refusing to explain how he'd do implement those promises.
