Joe Biden finally gives Mitt Romney some credit: 'He's been very good at creating jobs. Overseas.'

Joe Biden really nails the delivery on this one:

You've got to give Mitt Romney credit. He's a job creator. In Singapore. China. India. He's been very good at creating jobs. Overseas.

Biden's comments are the latest in a string of hits from the Obama campaign on Mitt Romney's record as one of the "pioneers of outsourcing" as documented by the Washington Post last week. This morning, the campaign released three new ads targeting Romney's record and President Obama himself has gone after Romney on the trail as well.

With Biden joining the chorus, this is clearly an all-hands-on-deck effort to define Romney'and at least so far, Romney has refused to directly respond. So Bain is back'and, as always, Romney doesn't know what to do about it.
