Marco Rubio trots out what may be the lamest defense of Mitt Romney ... ever

U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) addresses the American Conservative Union's annual Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Washington, February 9, 2012. Really, Marco? Really, Marco?
On Romney supporting the individual mandate in Massachusetts: 'But what a big difference. He supported it on the state level. Which means if you didn't like it in Massachusetts, you could move to another state."
