4:57 PM PT (kos): The pre-election CW is that Milwaukee would decide this -- 2008 turnout, we win, 2010 turnout, we lose. Now given the nutso turnout in red areas, that may or may not hold. But still, it looks like Milwaukee is doing its part:

5:12 PM PT: Polls are now closed in New Jersey. There are two key congressional primaries: NJ-09 (D), between Reps. Steve Rothman and Bill Pascrell, and NJ-10 (D), a multi-way race to succeed the late Rep. Donald Payne. Both are safely Democratic districts, particularly the latter.
5:15 PM PT: Polls are also closed in the eastern half of South Dakota, where Democrats are picking their candidate in SD-AL.
