7:31 PM PT (James L): No big surprise: The AP has called the NM-Sen (R) nomination for Heather Wilson. The Democratic primary has tightened somewhat, with Martin Heinrich leading Hector Balderas by 63-37 with 27% of the vote reporting.
7:37 PM PT (David Jarman): We've got an AP call in NJ-09, pretty inevitable at this point: Bill Pascrell leads Steve Rothman 70-30 with 78% reporting. Not the kind of numbers you'd expect to see in a member-vs-member matchup. (Also, we've got a call in NJ-05, which is the other place Rothman could have run. Teaneck's deputy mayor, Adam Gussen, finishes first with 53%.)
7:44 PM PT (jeffmd): Not unexpected: Wisconsin SD-13 called for Scott Fitzgerald. Still waiting for Racine County to give us clarity on SD-21, the one race still truly in the air.
7:47 PM PT (David Jarman): Here's one more primary that could have been interesting but, well, wasn't: Democratic Rep. David Loebsack was facing a challenge from the right in IA-02's primary, from state Sen. Joe Seng. Despite facing a bunch of new constituents in the Quad Cities, Loebsack is winning by an 86-14 margin. His GOP opponent looks like it'll be John Archer, who's up 61-39 i his primary over Dan Dolan.
7:47 PM PT (jeffmd): Wisconsin SD-29 has also been called, for Republican Jerry Petrowski. Left are SD-21 and SD-23. SD-23 looks fairly safe for incumbent GOPer Terry Moulton. SD-21 still undetermined.
8:23 PM PT: The liveblog continues here.
