Mitt's big Friday night news dump. UPDATE: HuffPost says its Ryan.

U.S. Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI), congressman Paul Ryan and Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney attend a pancake breakfast in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, April 1, 2012. Romney, just two days before the Wisconsin primary on April 3, continues to spend h Norfolking way could Obama be this lucky. Could he? Tomorrow morning at 9 AM ET in Norfolk, Virginia, Mitt Romney will show us who is the real boss of his campaign when he announces his vice presidential selection. Most of the buzz is focusing on Paul Ryan, but you have to figure that if it's not Paul Ryan, it will definitely be someone who excites conservatives. The prospects who would seem to fit that description are Chris Christie, Marco Rubio, and Bobby Jindal. So, what's your bet?

9:00 PM PT: If it's Ryan it'll be the 2nd consecutive veep pick lobbied for, successfully, by Bill Kristol.

' @daveweigel via TweetDeck 9:02 PM PT: My Romney VP app vibrating madly and flashing pictures of Medicare logo with red X's over it. Possible sign.

9:11 PM PT: Huffington Post is reporting that it's Ryan:

Mitt Romney will announce Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) as his running mate on Saturday, according to two sources with knowledge of the decision.

Ryan is a bold pick who will energize the Republican Party, but putting him on the ticket is fraught with risk and instantly puts Ryan's budget plan front and center in the 2012 campaign.

9:13 PM PT: Dem operative emails: "I am now drafting releases in every congressional race Iâ''m on about the ryan budget."
