7:30 PM PT: Now we've come to the projecting part of the speech. "Fear and division is all they have left," Ryan says. "With all their attack ads, the president is just throwing away money. And he's pretty experienced at that."
7:31 PM PT: Ryan says Obama and Biden are silent about their record. Uh, the biggest silence comes from Mitt Romney's tax return secrecy, no?
7:34 PM PT: Ryan is once again attacking Obama for allegedly closing the GM plant in Janesville. The plant closed in 2008. Under Bush.
7:35 PM PT: Ryan lies again, saying Obama got everything he wanted in the stimulus because of one-party rule. Actually, thanks to filibuster, Republicans had a veto on it. Obama needed 3 GOP votes to pass it.
