5:59 PM PT: Scott Walker just took the stage.

6:01 PM PT: The broadcast networks still aren't covering the convention. Can't say I blame them. Only junkies care about this stuff. I daresay there is not a single undecided voter anywhere in America watching this stuff. Not a single one.

6:12 PM PT: Mitt Romney has won the GOP nomination! So inspiring. The man overcame crushing privilege to make it here.

6:14 PM PT: On one screen, I've got the GOP convention'with Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval speaking'and on the other screen I've got on NBC. Which is broadcasting "America's Got Talent." With Howard Stern. And Sharon Osbourne.

6:18 PM PT: Some guy now complaining about the procurement process put in place by the Obama administration. But now he says he's happy with the orders he's getting from the state of New Mexico. So he's whining about selling stuff to the federal government. Because we built this?
