The Republican National Committee has a question for White House Press Secretary Jay Carney:

Table showing deficit has dropped nearly by half as a percentage of GDP since 2009 and by 40 percent in absolute terms. Since 2009 when President Obama set the goal identified by the RNC, the deficit has fallen by roughly half a percentage of GDP and nearly half in absolute terms. The data is here and here.

Now, here's a question for the RNC: Whatever happened to what your politicians said about making jobs a priority?
