John Kerry has a little fun returning John McCain's 'Mr. Secretary' joke

John McCain teasingly refers to John Kerry as "Mr. Secretary" ... and Kerry offers a pretty good comeback, calling McCain "Mr. President":

A funny moment, for sure, but I particularly enjoyed Kerry's little expression of physical dominance over McCain at the end when he put his arm around the Arizona senator's back. That's not a side of Kerry that we saw very often in 2004. But at the 2012 convention, Kerry killed it.
