Tue Nov 06, 2012 at 9:23 PM PT: Projecting out North Dakota based on historical county performance, I would guess Heidi Heitkamp will win by 1-2,000 votes. But that assumes a linear projection and that all absentee and provisional ballots are in. So it's too close to have any certainty, but if I were a betting man, I'd put my money on Heitkamp.

Tue Nov 06, 2012 at 9:28 PM PT: You can look down the page for my Florida county projections. Nothing has changed except Obama's margin in the state, now 49,000 votes with 96.5% in. Pretty much the only thing left is 17% of Miami-Dade. However, some of those might be Cuban-American precincts, so not quite ready to celebrate.
