In Maine, with 22% of the vote tallied on Question 1, in favor of marriage equality, For 54%; Against 46%
In Minnesota, with 17% of the vote tallied on Amendment 1 which states, "Only a union of one man and one woman shall be valid or recognized as a marriage in Minnesota," For 43%; Against 57%
