All right, there are 47 percent who are with him, who are dependent upon government, who believe that they are victims, who believe the government has a responsibility to care for them, who believe that they are entitled to health care, to food, to housing, to you-name-it. That that's an entitlement. And the government should give it to them.Ok, so we know that's the elderly, the disabled, students, the poor ... and guess who else doesn't pay income tax? Troops in combat zones, and plenty of other men and women serving in the military'a job that isn't going to compete with hedge-fund managing as a way to get rich. (For a fun diversion, here's Fox Business, advising the troops on how to be takers.)
So, here are the people Romney says are just hopeless, and who feel entitled: seniors on fixed incomes, those living on disability, low and middle income people ... and now, military people serving in a combat zone. Maybe that's why Mitt didn't bother mentioning the troops or Afghanistan during his RNC acceptance speech. They aren't just cannon fodder. They're moochers.
