Congress returns to DC, and Daily Kos Radio is on the air!

Daily Kos Radio logo

The convention is over, and we're (almost) back to our regular schedule (I can't make it on Tuesday this week). But we'll have something for you every day,  starting at 9 a.m. ET, starting with the Kagro in the Morning show, from 9-11.

It's also the end of the August recess, so Congress returns to DC for the the stretch run to the elections, with some potential blockbusters on the docket, at least in the House: the FISA Amendments Act reauthorization, a continuing resolution to keep the government operating (since the fiscal year ends on Sept. 30, and no appropriations bills have been passed), plus the "No More Solyndras Act." In the Senate: a vote on one more judicial nomination today, and tomorrow, a cloture vote on the motion to proceed to S.3457, the Vets Jobs Corps Act.

So let's talk!
