Scott Brown announces continued existence; may be enough for Fox News gig

Scott Brown in his pickup, giving a thumbs up. Scott Brown in his natural habitat Scott Brown has a few things to say about his upcoming career plans, or lack thereof. First, he wants to clear one thing up:
"I'm not dead," he told POLITICO when asked whether he'd help the Republicans win the Senate seat vacated by John Kerry.
And he says he would have won this next election, he just didn't feel like doing it:
"People forget I did a state Senate run, then the special, then the general, then it was a special, and then I would have won that, then a general again," Brown said in an interview in the Capitol Wednesday. "It's too much."
Meanwhile, Politico also got word that Brown was "in discussions" with Fox News about joining the network as a contributor, which is what often happens when Republican politicians have been put out to pasture by voters. No word so far on how they'll get Brown's pickup truck into the studio, but if they can accommodate Sean Hannity's gigantic head, they can probably figure it out.
