John McCain, still bitter, peddles lie about Hillary Clinton's Benghazi testimony

Peter King before the presidential inauguration on the West Front of the U.S. Capitol in Washington January 21, 2013.   REUTERS/Win McNamee/Pool (UNITED STATES - Tags: POLITICS) Senator John McCain (R-BITTER) Sen. John McCain, apparently still bitter that his attempt to gin up outrage over the Obama administration's response to the attack on the Benghazi consulate'to help his pal Mitt Romney win the election'was a complete failure, is now whining about Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's manhandling of Sen. Ron Johnson during Wednesday's Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing:
Her response to Senator Johnson about whether it was a spontaneous demonstration or not, saying it didn't matter. It didn't matter how these people died? That was really stunning. Of course it matters. It matters for a whole lot of reasons, including to the families and Americans, because the American people deserve to be told the truth and they were not told the truth.
Which is'how to put this delicately'utter bullshit. Here's what Clinton said to Sen. Johnson:
With all due respect, the fact is we had four dead Americans. Was it because of a protest or was it because of guys out for a walk one night who decided that they'd they go kill some Americans? What difference at this point does it make? It is our job to figure out what happened and do everything we can to prevent it from ever happening again Senator.
Knowing that the only thing he has left to aspire to is breaking the all-time record for Sunday talk show appearances, McCain continues to slide deeper into the role of bitter old man. Check that: lying, bitter old man. He's pathetic.
