John Boehner is upset because he thinks Obama is trying to 'annihilate' the GOP

Collage of pictures of John Boehner crying. House Speaker John Boehner is sad. He's sad because Republicans are losing. And he's sad because he thinks President Barack Obama's number one mission in life is to keep things that way.
"Given what we heard yesterday about the president's vision for his second term, it's pretty clear to me that he knows he can't do any of that as long as the House is controlled by Republicans. So we're expecting over the next 22 months to be the focus of this administration as they attempt to annihilate the Republican Party," the House speaker said.

Boehner underlined his point, adding, "And let me just tell you, I do believe that is their goal ' to just shove us into the dustbin of history."

Gee, Speaker Boehner, wipe those tears from your cheek and turn that frown upside down. President Obama doesn't want to annihilate you. Just take his spokesman's word for it:
Carney on Boehner saying o wants to annihilate GOP: 'Well, I haven't spoken to the President about that, but I know it's not his goal'
' @ZekeJMiller via Tweetbot for iOS You see, Mr. Speaker, you can cheer up. The Obama administration isn't trying to sweep your party into the dustbin of history. He's not trying to force you guys out into the wilderness. After all, with clowns like Todd Akin and Richard Murdoch leading the way, y'all are doing a pretty good job of taking care of that yourselves.
